## Return & Replacement Policy

At Serin Beauty Shop, we are committed to providing 100% authentic skincare and beauty products. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

## Eligible for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery if you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Missing item
  • Expired product (if applicable)

Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and unopened.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Invoice or order confirmation is required.

## Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements are not accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The original packaging is missing.
  • You changed your mind after ordering.
  • The product does not suit your skin or causes an allergic reaction.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare product.

## Refunds

If a replacement is not available, an approved refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
